Seasonal Respiratory Illnesses: COVID-19, Flu, and RSV

COVID-19, flu, and respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) are sometimes called seasonal respiratory illnesses because they are more common in the fall and winter and can cause similar symptoms, like fever, coughing, and runny nose.

All 3 of these illnesses can be prevented by getting vaccinated, washing your hands, covering your cough, staying away from others if they are sick, and staying home when you are sick.
