Home of the annual Brown County Fair, the Fairgrounds are located along the Fox River and are an excellent location for large events. The Fairgrounds has a large exhibition hall available for rent, as well as several smaller barns, a horse ring and open grounds areas perfect for festivals and small sport events.
The Fairgrounds are approved for Commercial Events, or those open to the public where fees may be charged or any type of fundraising or vending occurs. Private Functions are those events where NO fundraising, vending, or fees occur, and they are not open to the public. All commercial events at the Fairgrounds are subject to a $2 per car parking fee for attendees.

Exhibition North Building: 10,000 square feet
Maximum limit is 683 persons
Rental fee for private functions: $450 plus tax
Rental fee for commercial events: $700 plus tax
Rental dates available: April 15 - October 15 (approximate dates)
