- The plan was approved by the County Board of Supervisors on December 16, 2020. The first phase is to focus on the harbor work. The department has set a strategic priority to complete the Eagles Nest site and then Bay Shore. This will always keep one launch site open on the east shore. Download

H.J. De Baker Eagles Nest Park and Boat Launch, Master Plan and Concept- The property was purchased on October 22, 2020 by Brown County Parks. The final master plan was approved by the Brown County Board of Supervisors on October 27, 2022. Current plans call for construction starting in 2023. Download Master Plan and Concept
