Each fall (September-November) the Brown County Rifle Range is open to the general public for sight in purposes. Experienced park staff are available during our range hours to assist shooters with adjusting their sights.
This facility can also be reserved by law enforcement agencies, hunter education instructors and security companies.
2023 Rifle Range Schedule:
September: Saturday, September 23 and Saturday, September 30 from 8am to 3:45pm
October: Saturdays & Sundays from 8am to 3:45pm
November: Open daily Nov 1 through Nov 16 from 8am to 3:45pm (range is closed Nov 17 until September 2024)
** Free Admission for Veterans on Veterans Day (Saturday, November 11, 2023) **
