File A Claim
To make a claim against the County of Brown, you must file a written notice of the claim that describes:

• What happened
• When it happened
• Where it happened
• A Demand or request for the payment of money damages
• Some itemization of the damages evidenced in two (2) written quotes
• Your address

This can be accomplished by completing a Citizen's Claim Form using the following link and delivering your written notice of claim to the Brown County Clerk's Office at the address below.
