WHO is eligible? 
Noncustodial parents who have a Brown County order and are:

• Unemployed or underemployed;
• Able to work,
• Behind in meeting child support obligations  

 
ELEVATE is a Child Support Agency-led program that assists noncustodial parents in finding employment so they can make reliable child support payments. 
Participants may be eligible for the following services:

• Assistance with vocational assessment, education, job skills training, job search and placement, including work supports;
• Partial suspension of administrative enforcement measures (dependent upon full program participation); and
• Community resource education and referral
• Parenting Services Referral
