The circuit court judges officiate civil ceremonies at the courthouse during normal business hours at no charge. Please call 920-448-4348 to schedule an appointment. You will need to provide two adult witnesses for the ceremony, and if an interpreter is required, you are required to make the necessary arrangements.
If you wish to schedule a civil ceremony outside of the courthouse, please contact the Brown County Clerk’s office at 920-448-4016 for a complete list of court commissioners and municipal judges who will officiate ceremonies at other locations for a charge.
