There are two options for paying court costs, fines and fees online. Please read the following information carefully.

The Brown County Clerk of Circuit Courts now accepts credit or debit card payments through AllPaid.com, a third party agency. Payments an be made using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Credit or Debit cards. Payments may be made online or by phone at 1-888-604-7888, 24 hours a day. A small service fee will be added to the amount of fees paid.
Payments can be made for the following items:
- citations
- fines
- costs
- attorney fees
- guardian at litem deposits
- juvenile legal fees
- copy & search fees

CITATIONS/FINES/FORFEITURES - Review your citation to make sure it states an address of "Brown County Circuit Court" and/or "100 S. Jefferson Street". If the citation has another municipality's address on it instead of the one listed above, you must contact that municipality directly about their payment options. This website WILL NOT process those payments.
To make payments through GPS, you will need:
- Pay location Code 6061 - Select CONTINUE
- Name of Person the Payment is Being Made for
- Citation Number or Case Number
- Violation Date - Select CONTINUE
