The Brown County Community Treatment Center is a County-operated and State-licensed inpatient psychiatric hospital and nursing home. Admissions to the nursing home may be arranged by calling the Center Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 4:30-pm; Emergency Protective Placements are accepted at all times. Emergency hospital admissions are screened by the Family Services Crisis Center at 920.436.8888. Adults may be admitted for hospital care, pursuant to State law. Consultation to other area nursing homes is available also. The facility commonly has an average census of 80, in two different licenses.
