While you are spending a little more time at home, this is a great time to get prepared for the Spring growing season! Remember that Extension Brown County is available to help with any of your Horticulture questions. Andrea Ackerman, Extension Brown County Horticulture Educator, is checking voicemails and emails daily and ready to help to get your 2020 growing season off to the right start! We are not accepting in-person visits at this time, but please utilize our services virtually! Thank you!
We offer free consultations on lawn care, insect and disease diagnosis, gardening, trees, shrubs, and plant and insect identification. We also can help you select the plants that are best suited to your needs and site. Soil tests and advanced diagnosis services are available for a fee. Bring or email your specimen (2 photos max) to the Horticulture Help Desk for diagnostic help today!
