The Brown County Housing Authority’s (BCHA) primary role is to oversee the Housing Choice Voucher Program (formerly known as Section 8 Rental Assistance) that is contracted with Integrated Community Solutions, a local non-profit agency. In addition to that, the BCHA also issues housing revenue bonds and can provide down payment and closing assistance to qualified potential home buyers.
