Childhood Vaccination Program

 
 

Free immunizations are offered to children age 0 through 18 years who:
  • Do not have health insurance that covers immunizations OR
  • Have Medical Assistance or Badger Care OR
  • Are Native American or Alaska Native
If your child has insurance that covers immunizations,
please contact their health care provider.
