The Register in Probate/Clerk of Juvenile Court office provides the circuit courts, attorneys, and general public with courteous, professional, and proficient services regarding the administration of wills, trusts, estates, adult and juvenile guardianships, protective placements, adult and juvenile mental health commitments, juvenile CHIPS (children in need of protective services) and delinquency cases, termination of parental rights, and adult and juvenile adoptions.
The Register in Probate/Clerk of Juvenile Court is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 12:00pm and again from 1:00pm to 4:30pm.
