Summary Assignment

Summary Assignment can be used whenever the value of the estate, less the amount of the debts for which any property is security, does not exceed $50,000 and summary settlement does not apply.

To open a new Summary Assignment please complete the following documents:

Fee: A filing fee is due when the Petition for Summary Assignment is filed. The fee is .2% of the value of the assets, or $20.00 if the estate assets are valued under $10,000.00.
