How to Make a Claim
1. Complete the Claim Form. Forms are also provided in the office.
2. Vist the Brown County Treasurer's Office during regular business hours (8:00AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday.)
3. Provide photo identification (drivers license, passport, state ID card, etc.)
4. Claims of $100.00 or more require notarized signature. Notary services are available in office.
