How to Make a Claim
1. Complete the Claim Form. Forms are also provided in the office.
2. Vist the Brown County Treasurer's Office during regular business hours
(7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Thursday & 7:30 AM - 11:30 PM on Friday)
3. Provide photo identification (drivers license, passport, state ID card, etc.)
4. Claims of $100.00 or more require notarized signature. Notary services are available in office.
