Looking for a cool way to spend your summer? Join us for Mammoth Meet-Up!

Drop in any time during our Mammoth Meet-Up hours to handle real fossils and learn about mammoths, mastodons, and other Ice Age animals from a real scientist!

A scientist will be in the gallery from 9am - 5pm with a break for lunch.

Get hands-on with real Ice Age fossils, including a mammoth tusk, and discover how scientists use evidence from the past to understand our ancient world.

Mammoth Meet-Up is included with the price of admission. Friends of the Neville get in FREE!

In a callback to the museum's national award-winning 2024 exhibit, Telling Our Stories, join in a walk through time to learn about LGBTQ+ history in Northeast Wisconsin this Pride month.

Curiosity Unveiled is an hour-long guided program that dives deeper into museum exhibits and collections. Programs include guided tours, presentations, demonstrations, or panels on science, history, and art!

Program included with the price of admission unless noted. Friends of the Neville get in FREE (or discounted for specific programs)!

- Time Trekker Camp - June 22, 2026 - June 25, 2026 @ 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
Time Trekker Camp is a STEAM camp tailored for 6-10-year-olds. Our four-day camp, running from 8am – 12pm each day, encourages curiosity and creativity. Each day focuses on a central Ice Age animal/nature theme or Wisconsin animal/nature theme with activities including arts and crafts, games and movement, literacy, and inquiry. Time Trekker Camp promotes a love for learning within a fun and interactive environment. Camp is limited to 15 participants.
