- April 28: Marketing and Communications. As summer activities are being planned, how are you marketing and communicating about your organization? With Susan Finco and Cole Buergi from Leonard & Finco Public Relations, Inc. discuss how to create excitement and a buzz about your organization.
- May 12: Adjusting the "Fit". Hiring practices that increase diversity and inclusion. We'll discuss the challenging realities associated with hiring for “Fit” and strategies that help uncover implicit bias and other barriers to workplace diversity and retention with Renita Robinson, VP of Diversity & Inclusion at Prevea.
- May 26: Engagement and Innovation Leadership. Psychological safety is a key factor in how engaged people are and how innovative an organization is. Organizational cultures thrive with leaders who know how to create a high trust environment. Regina Wood, Transformation Leader from Initiative One Leadership Institute will join a discussion about how leaders can influence their organization's culture.
- June 9: Collaboration. What can we learn from examples of successful and challenging collaborative efforts of nonprofit organizations? Join Kim O’Brien, Executive Director of the Nonprofit Leadership Initiative (Fox Valley) to explore ways to collaborate in meaningful ways toward common goals.
