July 14, 2022 - 4-H Leader's Association Educational Experience Scholarship Application
The Brown County 4-H Leaders Association is offering the opportunity to apply and interview for a 35% scholarship for the educational experiences listed below (options are not yet finalized for 2023).
- American Spirit Experience East (grades 8-10)
- Citizenship Washington Focus (grades 10-12)
- National 4-H Conference (grades 10-12)
- National 4-H Congress (grades 10-12)
- Wisconsin 4-H & Youth Conference (grades 7-10)
- [TBD] U.S. Space Camp (grades 6-8)
Youth approved for a scholarship will be asked to pay the remaining 65% up front and will have opportunities to participate in fundraisers throughout the year to earn back some or all of the 65% paid in. Only youth who have been approved through the scholarship program are eligible to earn back the 65% of program cost through fundraisers.
Applications and Recommendations are due by October 4, 2022. Interviews will take place October 25, 2022.
Applicants are required to have two people complete a Recommendation Form. One person must be a 4-H Leader and the other must be a non-4-H person who is not a relative of the applicant.
