Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Services

The Brown County Community Treatment Center provides substance abuse treatment that focuses on establishing and maintaining an individual’s recovery from substance abuse and on preventing relapse. Our facility can assist with intake, assessment, or referral for adult (male and female) residents of Brown County.

Our primary focus is a combination of mental health and substance abuse treatment services, available for:Interventions include therapy and/or psychotropic medication that treat a person’s mental health problem or condition, reduce symptoms, and improve behavioral functioning and outcomes.

Assessment and pre-treatment services include:Intoxicated Driver Assessment & Program
If you've been convicted of an Operating While Intoxicated (OWI) offense, part of your court order will include a requirement to undergo an alcohol and other drug assessment. Click here for more information about OWI assessments and services available.

Transitional services provided:Ancillary services provided:Other services provided:We accept clients who are on methadone, buprenorphine, oral naltrexone, and/or injectable Vivitrol® maintenance or treatment, but these medications may originate from or be prescribed by another entity. (The medications may or may not be stored/delivered/monitored onsite.)

INPATIENT Care and Residential Treatment:
Brown County Health and Human Services can help to facilitate detox and/or AODA residential treatment. Members of our staff complete screenings at our offices and can provide a referral to an inpatient treatment facility.
