Child Exchange Zone/Internet Purchase Exchange Location

• It is less than ideal to exchange children at restaurants, stores or gas stations. 
• The Sheriff's Office is pleased to provide a safe location to exchange children per custodial agreements or court orders 
• This neutral territory is under surveillance 24 hours a day. The exchange area is painted orange with orange signs so you can easily find the right spot
• This location is not for parents to drop off their children for a later pick up. This location is for person to person exchange only!
• We recommend that both people doing the exchange have a cellphone on them during the exchange 
• Dial "911" for assistance in the exchange zone- it is taped 24 hours a day, but is not always live monitored

These locations can also be used as a safe place to meet for internet purchase exchanges. 

The Sheriff's Office provides a location on each side of the Fox River.
