The Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) is the result of a collaborative community effort to improve the health and wellness of Brown County. Beyond Health, the steering committee responsible for creating and implementing this plan includes representatives from local public health agencies, area health systems, and community agencies.  They then facilitate taskforces who develop and implement strategic plans to address each priority.

Brown County Public Health partners with the Center for Childhood Safety with funding from the Wisconsin Bureau of Transportation and Safety (BOTS).  Assistance is available for families who are unable to purchase a car seat at full price. The Center for Childhood Safety has appointments available to get all children's car seats checked by certified Car Seat Technicians. This free service is available for all residents of Brown County.

The mission of the Brown County Medical Examiner’s Office is to establish the identity of human remains, to provide accurate certification of the cause and manner of death, and to identify, document, and interpret forensic scientific information for use in the investigation of violent, suspicious, and sudden unexpected deaths and in criminal and civil legal proceedings.

The agency is committed to the dignified and compassionate performance of these duties with impartiality and the highest level of professionalism in the service of the citizens of Brown County and its medical and legal communities.
  - Medication Disposal
Local law enforcement agencies collect medication to assure it is disposed of properly. This prevents theft, accidental poisoning of children and pets, and protects the environment. Individuals are asked to bring medication to the nearest collection site.

  - Neville Public Museum Collections Department
The Collections Department is the door to all of the materials held by the Museum. Our community's efforts since 1915 have resulted in the assembly of an outstanding collection of artifacts, photographs, and documents. The Museum uses these historical items to educate visitors about universal cultural diversity. This collection has grown to embrace nearly one million objects that reflect the heritage of many different cultural communities, the natural sciences, and the artistic expressions of various times and peoples.

Historic images created from and reflective of local lives, make the photograph collection one of the Neville Public Museum's strongest assets.
A hallmark of this collection is a group of over one million negatives taken for the Green Bay Press-Gazette from 1950-1980. Over 100,000 prints and cased images complement several special collections of works by local photographers.
