PASSPORT INFORMATION

Printed forms must be single-sided and filled out in black ink only.

Photograph: Your picture can be taken in the County Clerk’s Office for a fee of $17.00 each.
The applicant may also submit their own passport photo following the Passport Agency specifications.
U.S. Department of State Fees: Check or money order only.
*Money orders are available in the County Clerk's Office for a fee of $3.00 each.
OFFICE HOURS
Applications for passports are processed Monday – Thursday, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.*** and Friday 7:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.***, at the Brown County Clerk’s Office, 305 E. Walnut St., Room 120.
*** Applicants must be present at the County Clerk’s Office well in advance of 4:30 p.m. (M-TH) or 11:00 a.m. (F) to ensure their needs are properly addressed and/or business conducted in a timely fashion.
